Since January 1, 2015, Jurgen Van Goolen has been the new owner of Vuelta Turistica. Jurgen participated eight times in the Vuelta and was selected six times for the Belgian professional team for the World Championship. In Varese, he finished 11th in a chasing group after the winner Alessandro Ballan.
